Design, engineer MGSE for Ariane 6 rocket

The aerospace design engineers of engineering firm Pentacon have been commissioned by Airbus to design and engineer various mechanical ground support equipment (MGSE) parts for assembly and handling of the new European Ariane 6 rocket, the successor to the Ariane 5. This rocket is currently being developed on behalf of the European space agency ESA.

This MGSE project is carried out by engineering firm Pentacon in collaboration with Airbus Leiden. The various special tools are intended to enable the assembly of the first and second stages and the associated nacelles.
