responsible for developing a mechanical ground support equipment solution for the connection of two stages of the Vega rocket. It was called the \u201cinterstage 1\/2\u201d. The challenge with this project was to create a frame that was sufficiently rigid to allow a maximum deviation between the upper and lower half of only a few microns.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to a complex framework, the assembly template designed by the aerospace design engineers of engineering firm Pentacon has a very high stiffness that, in combination with the specific fine-tuning capabilities, was able to meet the set tolerances. Engineering firm Pentacon was responsible for both the design and the delivery.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><!-- close content main div --><\/div><\/div><div id='av_section_1'
