Our approach: “Pentacon Realisation Model”

The Pentacon Realisation Model offers a clear step by step approach of a development project up to and including the realisation and final delivery. For projects with a limited scope (e.g. proof of concept study) a selection must be made to decide which steps are appropriate for this project.

Our model is based on the V-model. Where the leftside stands for the definition and design part of the project, the lowerpart the actual realisation and production represents and the right side stands for the integration and verification.
