Ample attention for the orientation and analysis phase

Obviously, each solution starts out with an orientation phase and an analysis of the problem or requirement. Starting point are the existing processes. In close communication with you we arrive at a correct problem definition or specification. Experience has taught us that if the orientation and analysis phase doesn’t get the attention it deserves you’ll run the risk that what has been initially identified as the problem or requirement turns out not to be the actual problem or requirement. This will then result in the wrong solution.
